• On February 9, 2000, ISO/IEC JTC 1 announced that it had agreed to develop a set of International Standards based on SEDRIS technology. JTC 1 assigned the work to SC 24/WG 8. SC 24/WG 8 is initially developing four International Standards, each of which may contain multiple parts. Each standard is currently at an early stage of development called "Working Draft" (WD) by ISO. They are:
