Definition

An instance of this DRM class specifies a specialized <DRM Control Link> instance providing the connection between an ordered aggregation of <DRM Expression> instances and the target fields of one or more <DRM CMY Colour> instances.

The value of the cyan_expression_index field specifies which <DRM Expression> component, if any, controls the cmy_data. cyan field value of the affected <DRM CMY Colour> instances. If the value is zero, the cmy_data. cyan field of those instances is not controlled; otherwise, the value is a 1-based index into the ordered aggregation of <DRM Expression> instances.

The value of the magenta_expression_index field specifies which <DRM Expression> component, if any, controls the cmy_data. magenta field value of the affected <DRM CMY Colour> instances. If the value is zero, the cmy_data. magenta field of those instances is not controlled; otherwise, the value is a 1-based index into the ordered aggregation of <DRM Expression> instances.

The value of the yellow_expression_index specifies which <DRM Expression> component, if any, controls the cmy_data. yellow field value of the affected <DRM CMY Colour> instances. If the value is zero, the cmy_data. yellow field of those instances is not controlled; otherwise, the value is a 1-based index into the ordered aggregation of <DRM Expression> instances.

• Consider a transmittal, produced with CMY colours, the <DRM Model Library> of which contains a <DRM Model> representing a car with a <DRM Geometry Model>, the geometry of which consists of <DRM Polygon> instances with <DRM Inline Colour> components.

  This car model is instanced in many places throughout the transmittal, and the data provider wishes to vary its appearance depending on the <DRM Geometry Model Instance>. Consequently, each <DRM CMY Colour> instance in the <DRM Model> has a <DRM CMY Colour Control Link> instance, supplying the value of the yellow field of the <DRM CMY Colour> with a <DRM Variable>.
